This production method is most suitable when brands are looking to order specific PMS (Pantone) colour matches with ultra-high quality finishes.
Lithographic is the process of printing directly to a coated paper substrate in a high-quality manner which is then mounted onto the corrugated (cardboard) surface, providing stunning quality results once completed.
Whilst it sounds like a no-brainer to choose this method, it does require a minimum order of 3000 units to make it a feasible option by offsetting the initially high setup costs. Due to these larger minimum orders, it doesn’t make it an effective choice of production for all brands, especially those just starting.
For orders below 3000 units, your most effective production method is to choose CMYK digital printing as per our online store options.
